Brett K. Duncan is a business attorney that actually knows business. Prior to becoming an attorney, Brett spent ten years working in management for a variety of companies. While pursuing a Masters of Business Administration, Brett worked on the Management team of ARAMARK Corporation, a multi-national food service provider. ARAMARK is consistently ranked in the top five in its industry in the Fortune 500 survey and has been named one of “America’s Most Admired Companies” by Fortune Magazine. During his undergraduate studies and several years thereafter, Brett experienced the other end of the business spectrum, managing several small companies in the Northshore area and owning his own business consulting firm. Thus, Brett brings both academic training and on-the-job experience to his role as advocate and counselor to business clients.

Michael D. Bass has extensive experience in Business representation. Past experience ranges from assisting his clients in matters of formation, banking, financial management, risk assessment, and in the general areas of contract preparation and review, mergers and acquisitions and ownership transfers within family businesses. In addition, Michael's family owned its own "Mom and Pop" operation for many years. He, therefore, has a deep understanding of the problems of ''Mom and Pop'' business owners who often face difficult legal and business problems without the staff and support larger companies enjoy.
